Is solving of mathematical expresstions hard for a computer? No. This is his main task - calculate of math.

You are right. This is not even a Turing's test (to separate a human from a computer), but in most cases this simple math works and people are less annoyed with this than the captcha mechanism.

People more annoying when no captcha absolutely.
But bots are "happy" too.
Your solution can be solved by blind users, but by bot too.
