I tried to use a png image for the border of the image, in the case when the image corners were clipped rounded to 15% but was unable to do that.
I wanted the images clipped rounded at all the corners with a dash line border around it. The dash line border should also be rounded at the corners of the image.

Not exactly sure what you wanted to do but:

- The rounded corners are accomplished without PNG image
- You can use a PNG transparant image to create special borders, sample borders you can download from:
mywebmymail.com/index.php?option=co ...
