I have to agree with avahaf.

However I did look at this a bit at the form within the example is not correctly being referenced when trying to use the moveselectedoptions function within the selectbox.js.

I tried passing the name of the form as a parameter in the showDoubleDropDown function but it still has problems obtaining the chosen value.

After I did this, the script had trouble selecting the selectingIndex of undefined, it also seems that you are trying to pass three parameters to this function when it only accepts three.

I hope this helps in finding a solution to this class.
